Ideal for treating tank or bore water with taste issues. These housings have been tested and certified by NSF International to meet NSF/ANSI Standard 42 for material and structural integrity requirements. The UV system is manufactured in Canada and is suitable for situations where pollens and other organic matter affect the taste of the water. UV treatment is a cost-effective and efficient method for dealing with biologically contaminated water containing "faecal coliforms" caused by bird or possum contamination in exposed gutters, and livestock faecal runoff into streams or shallow bores.

Greenway Ultra Violet Water Sterilizer chamber is made from high-grade stainless steel- For Medium - Large homes. The UV system inactivates harmful organisms such as bacteria and viruses by disrupting the DNA, effectively preventing them from multiplying and causing illness. Microorganisms, such as E-coli, Cryptosporidium, and Giardia.  This is a cost-effective, Environment-friendly disinfection of water without chemicals. The Greenway^® electronic controller (the ballast) provides power to the UV lamp and effectively controls the system diagnostics.
